Refunds & Cancellations

Each piece in our collection is meticulously handcrafted, with a deep understanding that every skin type and concern is unique. We regret that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for general dissatisfaction or pre-existing skin conditions.

We place utmost importance on the packaging of our products. If you receive a package that is in poor condition, has been tampered with, or damaged prior to delivery, we kindly request that you refuse to accept it and return it to the delivery person.

However, if you receive a wrongfully delivered item, a damaged or missing product, or one with a manufacturing defect, please send us a detailed email at care@nuqina.com within 24 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange. We request you to promptly photograph any defects or issues with the product upon opening the packaging.
Please note that products purchased during sale periods or at discounted prices are only eligible for returns or exchanges if they are defective or faulty.
To qualify for an exchange or return

  • The item(s) must remain unopened, sealed, and intact in their original packaging.
  • Nuqina Private Limited reserves the right to determine if an item(s) has been used, tampered with, or damaged after purchase.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange for your purchase, please contact our customer care team at shreya@nuqina.com. In the email, please include your order number, transaction date, delivery address, and an image of the defect or quality issue along with the packaging it was received in. Our customer care team will investigate and respond within 4 working days. Once you receive communication from our team, please follow these steps:
  1. Pack the product in its original packaging, including the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, and any other inclusions that came with the purchase.
  2. We will arrange a reverse pick-up from the address mentioned in your invoice.
  3. Upon receiving the product at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. If it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to you within the standard shipping timelines.
  4. In the unlikely event that a replacement piece is unavailable, a Credit Note for the full amount of the defective or faulty product will be issued.*
*Our credit notes can only be used on our website www.nuqina.com.
Please note: Standard refund processing time is 15-20 days.
 

Refund Policy

  • If your purchase is faulty, defective, or has a quality issue, we are committed to resolving it. You have the option to get an exchange for a fresh piece.
  • In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide an exchange or refund, we will send a Credit Note to the email address registered during the purchase. The Credit Note will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and can be redeemed on our website www.nuqina.com..
 

General Terms & Conditions

  • Orders once confirmed, may not be canceled/amended.
  • Products purchased during sale period / discounts are not eligible for return or exchange unless found faulty or defective.
  • Products purchased prior to sale cannot be exchanged during sale period.
  • No refunds are entertained if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address.
  • No refunds are entertained if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
