Nuqina Private Limited partners with third party logistic service providers separate and distinct from Nuqina Private Limited, to effectuate Product(s) delivery to end users. Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the order will be provided to the customer through Email & SMS along with the tracking number.

The customer will also be provided with an approximate date of delivery of the purchased Product(s) on the order confirmation page. The approximate date of delivery is merely an approximation based on the reputation of the third party Logistic Partner.

Nuqina Private Limited shall not be liable for delay in delivery by third party Logistic Partners. Nuqina Private Limited  may, in its sole discretion, effectuate delivery to customers on their own without engaging logistic partners. Prior to making payments for the purchase of Product(s), the user will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the user should ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with landmarks if any to aid delivery. Nuqina Private Limited shall not, under any circumstance, be liable for any failure in delivery of the purchased Product(s) arising out of the user’s failure to provide correct, complete and/or accurate information.


ORDER DELIVERY TIMELINES
Dispatch of Orders:
Usually, orders are dispatched within 5 days of the customer placing the order. However, in line with Govt. Guidelines for your state, delays might be experienced under certain circumstances. 
Upon the successful placing of an order and afterNuqina Private Limited has successfully handed over the purchased Product(s) to its Logistic Partner, the customer will receive a unique tracking identity number through email & SMS. 

Delivery of Orders:
Normally, most orders from Nuqina Private Limited are delivered within 7 working days across India. We will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts to reach the customer. If the customer remains unavailable after 3 attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery of purchased products, there may be delays due to:

  1. Unsuitable weather conditions
  2. Political disruptions, strikes, employee lockouts, government-directed lockdowns, etc.
  3. Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.
  4. Other unforeseen circumstances

In the event of such delays, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer proactively through their registered email account and/or mobile number. Please note that Nuqina Private Limited is not obligated to compensate the user for any mental distress or any claims arising from shipment and delivery delays.

What if I have received the product in damaged condition?
if you receive a wrongfully delivered item, a damaged or missing product, or one with a manufacturing defect, please send us a detailed email at shreya@nuqina.com within 24 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange. We request you to promptly photograph any defects or issues with the product upon opening the packaging. Note: Delivery of reverse pick up to Nuqina Private Limited warehouse takes 10-15 days.
